GeneralCounselWest is the name of Joseph (Joe) Schohl's boutique corporate law practice that is focused on providing emerging and fast-growing companies with strategic legal advice to help them grow. Our mission is to provide these companies with access to sophisticated legal counsel at a level traditionally reserved for much larger companies, without having to hire a full-time general counsel.

Testimonials
"Joe and I attended the Kellogg MBA program together while working full time in major corporations. Joe regularly provided outstanding leadership to help the team or project move forward, and not surprising, he graduated first in our class at Kellogg. As an attorney he has excelled in his field, and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for companies looking for strong, intelligent, balanced legal advice."
